Suggested Arrival Time

We suggest that all new clients arrive ten minutes before their scheduled booking time.


Despite our best intentions, we sometimes run late! We assure you that when it comes to your appointment we will give you and your hair the time you deserve.

Cancellation Policy:
We appreciate ‘24hours’ notice if you need to cancel or re arrange your appointment, if no notice is given a cancellation fee may apply. Please arrive on time, as late arrivals may be customised accordingly.

Our Promise

We promise that you will have an enjoyable and relaxing experience while you are being Spoilt Rotten! We pride ourselves on our quality of service and friendly manner. If for any reason you are not 100% happy with the end result of your hair, we will restyle at our expense. We encourage all constructive criticism and are grateful for any feedback from our clients.

Payment Methods

These include cash and most leading credit cards and EFTPOS (excluding Amex and Diners), pre-paid services are available, we do not accept cheques.

Sundays and Public Holidays:
A 50% surcharge will apply to all services on Sundays and Public Holidays.
